Cancellation policy

This policy outlines the terms for special purchase options offered on dreammachine.systems, namely pre-orders.

Pre-Orders When you place a pre-order, you are securing a product that is currently in production or incoming to our fulfillment facility.

• Payment: Payment is charged in full at checkout to lock in your order allocation.

• Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel an unfulfilled pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. To cancel, write to signal@dreammachine.systems or use your customer account portal.

• Cancellation After Dispatch: Once a pre-ordered item has dispatched, standard statutory return policies apply (including your 14-day EU right of withdrawal upon physical delivery).
