For consumers residing within the European Union, title and risk of loss pass to you upon physical receipt of the goods by you or a designated third party. For non-consumer or commercial orders, risk passes upon transfer of the goods to the shipping carrier.

Dream Machine Systems FlexCo is powered by Shopify, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Dream Machine Systems FlexCo. Shopify is not responsible for any sales contracts, product fulfillment, or claims arising from your purchase.

SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • For B2B transactions: The competent court in Vienna, Austria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • For Consumers in the EU: Mandatory statutory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected, and you may bring legal proceedings in your local competent court.
